Faculty Introduction

I enjoy both, writing and teaching, not necessarily in that order. I’ve been writing stories and poems since I was eight years old. I have published a few of the things I have written, in print and online. I have a Master’s degree in English from the University of Miami. Currently, I am researching certain aspects of folk literature and of literary criticism, and I plan to write a book about each of the two things, separately, when I am done with my research. I haven’t been to every continent on the planet but I have seen a couple of places around the world and I have taught at least one student from each and every country in the world. I love learning about each of my students – your language, your culture, and anything else you want to share with me.
